Update
This site was written in early 2006 and now requires to be updated. It still provides worthwhile background although it will be superseded by a comprehensive book on life and happiness which I am currently writing. The precursor to this is the 'Love & Happiness' album which was completed in 2009. I intend to make the album more widely available when the book arrives, during 2012 (Taking a bit longer than expected). Sample tracks can be heard on myspace via www.loveandhappiness.biz.
